The man behind Donald Trump's presidential run?

According to late TV host Jimmy Kimmel, it's Mark Burnett, the executive producer of "Celebrity Apprentice."

In his opening monologue at the 68th annual Emmy Awards Sunday night, Kimmel spoke about diversity in Hollywood and how television can bring people together

"Television can also tear us a part, I mean, if it wasn't for television, would Donald Trump be running for president? No. He would be at home right now probably rubbing against his wife malaria while she pretends to be asleep. Many have asked who is to blame for Donald trump? [An audience member did yell "the media" before Kimmel continued]. The Donald trump phenomenon?" he said.

"I'll tell you who because he's sitting right there. That's right. That guy - Mark Burnett. The man who brought us Celebrity Apprentice. Thanks to Mark Burnett we don't have to have reality shows anymore because we're living in one."

He then asked who Burnett has lined up to fill the vacancy in the Supreme Court. His options: Miley Cyrus and CeeLo, according to Kimmel's bit.
