Ahipoki Bowl is expanding into Sun Devil territory.
The eatery revealed plans on Wednesday to open across from Tempe's Arizona State University, its third location in the Valley.
It will be located within The Wedge, a retail shopping center, along Rural Road between Apache and University that used to be home to The College Store, which sold textbooks and school supplies.
Poke is a Hawaiian-inspired meal that consists of sushi grade fish and vegetables. It can be paired with either rice or leafy greens.
The California-based concept opened its first Arizona location earlier this year in Scottsdale. Last month, a second location opened in Chandler.
According to the media release, Ahipoki Bowl Arizona is looking to sell both beer and wine. They may launch that program with the Tempe location, which is expected to open March 2017.
