For the first time in its 20-year history, some of Four Peaks' brews will be available outside the state of Arizona.
The Tempe-based brewery, which first opened in 1996, and was acquired last year by Anheuser-Busch, said Friday afternoon that it had expanded its distribution to southern Nevada, including Las Vegas.
Starting in July, the Kilt-Lifter, Hop Knot IPA and Peach Ale will be available at Las Vegas restaurants, casinos, grocery stores and convenience stores.
At this year's World Beer Cup, the Kilt-Lifter, a Scottsdale-style ale, was awarded gold in the Scottish-style ale category.
