The founders of Native Grill & Wings plan to launch a new wing concept in Phoenix.
Guidepost 13 is described as a "quick craft casual" eatery that will serve oven-grilled chicken wings, chicken tenders and flatbreads, according to a news release.
It will also have self-serve beer and cider taps.
The concept's flagship corporate-owned restaurant will open this fall in Arcadia near 36th Street and Indian School, according to the release, with three- to five additional opening in the Phoenix metro through franchising.
"Phoenix is a natural launching pad for GP13 given its robust restaurant community," CEO Dan Chaon said in a prepared statement.
The average restaurant will be 2,500 square feet and have 75 to 90 seats, the release said.
