A vineyard in southern Arizona is expanding and opening a tasting room in Scottsdale.
Carlson Creek Vineyard, which is located in Willcox, Arizona, announced in April that it leased a space in Old Town Scottsdale for a tasting room.
The 2,300-square-foot space will be located at Third Avenue and Marshall Way in what used to be an art gallery. It will have a 20-foot distressed copper bar, an education room, bistro tables and couches, the company said.
"With both production and sales increasing, we are at a time in our development where it's necessary to expand in order to satisfy demand," said co-owner Robert Carlson III in a prepared statement.
Opening weekend is scheduled for June 25-26. Hours are Wednesday - Sunday fro 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
