Our travels to find some of the more interesting and unique eats around the Valley continues with a restaurant that seems to be obsessed with bacon.
"The Oink Cafe" is a bacon-themed breakfast joint with two locations in the Valley -- Paradise Valley and Tempe.
They have a bacon flight on the menu. It's similar in concept to a beer flight, but the beer is swapped for bacon and instead of small pours, the board has eight full strips.

Besides bacon, they also have a mimosa flight and a Bloody Mary flight. Of course, one of them comes with a strip of bacon and a glass rimmed with bacon salt.
