Police say they found 10 videos on the phone of a man caught "upskirting" women at a Scottsdale Nordstrom store.

Scottsdale police report that on Saturday, they were contacted by Nordstrom security who were following a man they believed was shooting video up women's skirts.

As police entered the store, they were met by store security, a victim, and a witness. Police then made contact with 31-year-old Robert Fernando Hurtatdo, the man recognized by the witness.

Police searched the suspect’s phone and located 10 videos from that day that were taken up women’s skirts. Hurtatdo, who told police that he was in the Valley from Tucson visiting family, said that he also took similar video up the skirts of women at a Mesa Walmart store earlier that same day.

Police say Hurtatdo cried when being arrested and said he "didn't know it was against the law."

So far, only one of the victims has been identified.

Hurtatdo has been charged with voyeurism.
