A man is caught after exposing himself to a teenage girl, her mother, and grandmother.
Phoenix police report that on February 15 they were called to a Circle K store near 7th and Roosevelt Streets for a report of a man exposing himself.
Police say 32-year-old Smitty Johnson Long Jr. was in the parking lot of the store when he exposed and touched himself in front of a 14-year-old girl, her mother and grandmother.
When police arrived and arrested Long, they say his pants were so low, that only his shirt was covering his genitalia.
Long also allegedly admitted to smoking methamphetamine just before being contacted by police.
He has been charged with public sexual indecency.
