A Phoenix man sent sexual pictures of himself to an undercover police officer who was posing as a 14-year-old girl.
Court records show that an undercover Scottsdale officer was offered money for sex and sent sexually explicit material by a man who thought the officer was a 14-year-old girl.
Scottsdale police say 27-year-old Michael Robert Tennant found the "girl" on the internet site "Kik."
They say he offered the girl $200 for sex and also sent her 17 pictures of himself performing various sex acts.
The two month Internet sexual relationship started on February 4 and ended on March 29 with the man's arrest at a hotel near 96th Street and Shea Boulevard.
Tennant has been charged with luring a minor for sexual exploitation, child prostitution and transmitting obscene material to a minor.
