Goldilocks comes to Mesa home and finds a strange man eating her food, using her shower and sleeping in her bed.
Court records show that on October 2, a woman returned to her home in Mesa to find a stranger sleeping in her bed after using her shower.
According to police, the woman was with her children when she returned to their home near Stapley Drive and Southern Avenue.
Police later identified the man as 27-year-old Joshua Terry Forsgren.
After entering the home to find Forsgren sleeping in the master bedroom the woman got out of the home with her children and called police. Once officers arrived they say Forsgren refused to come out.
Police report that they saw Forsgren walking through the house, going through the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. They also allegedly saw him taking and eating multiple packages of fruit snacks.
Police say after about 90 minutes, a tactical team entered the home and needed to taze Forsgren to get him out of the house. Forsgren to get him out of the house.
Forsgren assaulted several officers while being removed from the home.
He was convicted in 2015 of trespassing and is now facing burglary and aggravated assault charges.
