A company accused of bombarding customers with robocalls has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit. You could be eligible for a settlement between $300 and $900.
Resort Marketing Group allegedly made robocalls from 2009 to 2014, telling customers they were eligible for free cruises. Victims say the calls were just a marketing gimmick.
