According to Mega Millions, in Arizona, a single winner of the Powerball jackpot (electing the cash option) will receive $133,980,000 after taxes. This reflects a 25 percent federal tax and a 5 percent state tax on the $191M cash option. You will pay about $57 million in taxes.
The last drawing had eight lucky tickets to win the $1 million Match 5 prize. These eight were sold in Florida, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma and Virginia.
