The Casa Grande Police Department says a 15-year-old boy was shot in the face or head Tuesday afternoon.
The incident happened near Florence Boulevard and Colorado Street.
Rescue crews flew the teen to a Phoenix hospital for treatment, but his condition hasn’t been released.
Police say they’re still working to determine how he was shot, and no suspect information has been released.
