For so many, politics is personal; so, supporters take it personally when campaign signs go missing.
Imagine the anger when dozens of signs disappeared in one Anthem neighborhood.
Gary Johnson is the Libertarian candidate for president. Johnson volunteer Lori Ford says she helped put up more than two dozens signs in Anthem, but most all of them are now gone.
"It's wrong, it's very wrong," she said. "They're stomping on my First Amendment right, you bet they are."
The signs were found in the nearby area just stacked together. And further away, more signs were hidden behind a tree.
Someone in the area is playing hide-and-go-seek with the candidate's signs...is it a political prank? Or something worse?
"It looks like somebody just stomped on our rights," she said.
The election is a fight for name recognition, and it's hard to win that battle when your candidate's name disappears from a busy roadside.
Ford said she filed a police report, as it is a crime -- specifically a misdemeanor -- to steal or vandalize political signs.
