Officials have arrested a man for a deadly rollover crash in Maricopa County.
The Maricopa County Sheriff’s office said 32-year-old Leonardo Ramos-Cruz was arrested for one count of manslaughter and two counts of endangerment.
According to MCSO, just after 12:00 a.m. on June 19, Cruz’s vehicle went off Horseshoe Dam Road near mile post 3.8. The truck went airborne into a ravine and rolled multiple times.
Three passengers were in the vehicle. Jesus Ochoa-Garcia died from his injuries. Maria Lopez-Espinoza, 53 and Rogelio Ochoa-Garcia, 44, were flown to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The suspect was also flown to the hospital with serious injuries.
MCSO said Impairment and speed were factors in the crash.
