Rural Metro Fire Department says a fashion studio in Carefree caught fire early Sunday morning.
Around 3:30 a.m., a passerby reported flames at the studio location near Cave Creek and Pima roads.
Fire officials found the building, which is unoccupied, to be fully involved with fire.
Crews were on scene working to defend the remaining structure and protect nearby properties.
Phoenix and Scottsdale fire departments also assisted.
There is no word yet on how the fire started.
Rural Metro fire officials say that initial reports that the Dick Van Dyke studios (next to the fashion studio) were incorrect.
