A Chandler teen is behind bars after admitting to police he knowingly had sex with a victim he knew was 13-years-old.
Scottsdale police were contacted on December 17 when a mother found messages on her son's cell phone indicating that he was a victim of a sexual assault.
The mother found messages between her son and 18-year-old Chandler resident Shea Dylan Myers through an application called "Kik."
The messages indicated that Myers picked up the victim from his home around midnight on December 14 and took him to the victim's father's home because they knew he was away.
When the mother talked to her son about the incident, he said he met Myers on the website " Omegle." Then their conversations moved to "Kik."
According to the court records, the victim told his mother that he and Myers had sex at his father's home in Scottsdale that night.
Police served a search warrant at Myer's home in Chandler. Myers admitted having sex with the victim. He also gave police the names of two other victims. He also said he had about 100 images of child pornography loaded onto his "dropbox" account.
Police are following up on other potential victims.
Myers is being held without bond on three counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
