A Valley kitten who was rescued from a car engine on Monday is getting ready for adoption.
Arizona Humane Society Emergency Animal Medical technicians responded to a call on Monday after learning that a kitten had been found under the hood of a car.
Car engines are dangerous, but easy, places that cats and other animals sneak into when they need a little extra warmth.
The 8-week-old kitten, who is now appropriately named Camry, is said to be healthy but just a bit dirty after his scary car mishap.
The humane society will soon be giving Camry a much needed bath and will have him neutered before he goes up for adoption later this week.
If you're interested in giving Camry a safe, loving home, call 602-997-7585.
