Police say a man has assaulted multiple women inside stores by grabbing their behinds.
Phoenix police said the man waits until the woman is in a specific part of the store "and her attention is diverted" and then walks up to them from behind, grabs their buttocks and then runs out of the store.
Between Jan. 7 and 24 there have been at least five incidents reported to police.
Police released a surveillance photo of the alleged suspect on Thursday in a Facebook post.
He is described as an African-American man, 6 feet tall and 200-220 pounds.
