Officials have identified a woman who was found dead near a roadway in Phoenix after being shot.
On April 19 around 4:40 a.m., police were conducting a welfare check near 32nd Street and Van Buren Street after neighbors heard gunshots in the area.
Upon arrival, police found Krystal Annette White, 55, dead along the side of a road.
