The Phoenix Police Department says an inflatable Chick-Fil-A cow that was stolen over a week ago has been found.
Police say on September 4, the 350-pound, 24-foot inflatable cow was stolen out of a pickup truck near 36th Street and Thomas Road. A worker was taking the inflatable cow to be used at a local event when it was stolen.
Police say the cow was spotted Monday in the backyard of a home. When police confronted the homeowner who lives at the residence, he allegedly told police he bought it over the weekend at a garage sale. The man told police that he thought it was a bouncy house.
The inflatable cow has been returned to the owner, and is in good condition.
Police are still investigating the theft.
