Authorities say a wind-driven fire burning at a recycling center in Phoenix is now a three-alarm blaze.
Phoenix Fire Department crews have closed off streets surrounding the Arizona Pacific Pulp and Paper company and are in a defensive mode at this time due to 20-30 mph winds fanning the large flames.
