A Phoenix resident has shared a heartwarming moment between a homeless man and police officer that he caught on camera.
Raymond Celaya says Phoenix Police Officer Mark Valenzuela helped provide a new pair of shoes to a man in need last Friday.
The good deed took place that afternoon at a gas station near 27th Avenue and McDowell Road.
In the video, the officer is seen kneeling on the ground, putting the brand new shoes on the man's feet as he sits comfortably on the back of his patrol car.
Celaya says he posted the video to show the good character of Phoenix Police officers and the community as a whole.
