Tamela Davey is having trouble sleeping at night. She can't stop worrying about and wondering what happened to her sister.

"I just don't understand why someone would hurt somebody so brutally and then just dump her body," Davey said.

Davey says her sister Christy's body was found by Phoenix Police at a recycling center on March 9th.

Police believe someone killed Christy and then dumped her body in a recycling bin.

"Her body was found decomposing from what I understand. That's the worst part. Feeling like she will never find rest because what happened was so violent," Davey said.

Phoenix police aren't sure where or when Davey's body was dumped or even how she was killed.

Tamela Davey says her 24-year old-sister had problems with drugs in the past but was serious about starting over. She had four children.

The Davey's are asking anyone with information to contact Phoenix police.

A GoFundMe account has been set up to try and help the children who were left behind.
