PHOENIX — The Phoenix Fire Department battled a second-alarm apartment fire at Madera at Metro Apartments in Phoenix near Metrocenter mall Monday evening.
Phoenix Fire Crews responded to a multi-unit apartment complex fire, where three people were rescued from second floor balcony.
Eight units were involved and about 17 people will now be displaced due to the fire.
Firefighters say there were no injuries resulting from the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
