You could be going to sleep with a new job. Farmers Insurance is holding a career at their brand-new, north Phoenix office to fill more than 400 positions in claims and customer service.
"We really are looking for people who are excited to grow, are looking for opportunities to grow within the company and people who just have this really good empathetic nature," said recruitment manager Ashley Olson. "We are looking for people with all different types of backgrounds."
Farmers says applicants may receive ‘on the spot’ job offers if they meet certain criteria. Job seekers are encouraged to bring multiple copies of their resume to the complex, off Pinnacle Peak Road and I-17.
The company joins State Farm, UPS and Chase Bank in hiring – or looking to hire – hundreds in the Valley.
Farmers offers some pretty cool office perks, including a café-style eatery with Starbucks, Coca-Cola Freestyle, an assortment of snacks and fresh fruit – a full-size gym – and game room with ping-pong table.
