Firefighters are investigating a deadly house fire in north Phoenix.
Crews arrived at the house near 7th Street and Northern Avenue early Sunday morning.
Fire officials said the fire started in a rear guest house, which extended to the main house.
Officials also confirmed that the house's only occupant, a 70-year-old man who was wheelchair bound, was found deceased inside the home. Authorities said there were no obvious signs of foul play.
The victim is not being identified at this time.
