The Department of Public Safety has determined that a truck that had a broken rear window in the West Valley Saturday was not a victim of the ongoing freeway shooting investigation.

A blue Chevrolet pick-up truck had its back windshield shattered before the driver pulled into a Circle K located on 91st Avenue and McDowell Road around 6:30 p.m.
