Officials have made an arrest after a 19-year-old man was found dead in west Phoenix on Thursday morning.
Phoenix police said officers were called to a park near 87th Avenue and Clarendon for a report of an unconscious man. Officers found that the man, identified as Naz Moothery, had obvious signs of trauma which indicated foul play.
Neighbors had told police they heard gunshots sometime between 12:45 a.m. and 2 a.m.
