Phoenix Police said a 2-year-old girl who fell in a backyard pool on Monday has died.
Fire officials said the girl was out of sight for a few minutes and was found in the pool.
She was taken to the hospital in critical condition and placed on a ventilator. She passed away on Thursday, according to police.
