A Phoenix bakery, that opened its doors three months ago, is recovering after the business was burglarized.
On Feb. 17, My, Gal, Sal, Bakery, located near Greenway Road and 35th Avenue, was broken into. The owner, Salomae "Sal" Schroeder is hoping that someone recognizes the suspect or has information about the incident.
In the surveillance video, the burglar is seen entering the store and taking cash from the register. The person is also spotted wiping down the area with cleaning spray and stuffing the used towels into their pocket.
According to a GoFundMe set up for Schroeder, the incident is a major setback for her "little" bakery.
She said the account was set up because friends and customers are asking for ways that they can contribute to the recovery efforts. The funds will go towards repairs and loss.
