Investigators are on the scene of a deadly fire in Apache Junction.
The home, located near Southern Avenue and Tomahawk Road, caught fire just around 1:15 a.m. Wednesday.

First responders on the scene tell ABC15 an elderly woman was able to escape the flames but a man inside was unable to get out.
The man was 79 years old.
Pinal County Sheriff's Office deputies are also on the scene.
The fire is under investigation. There were no injuries to firefighters and the fire did not spread to surrounding structures.
