Officials are investigating after a gun was found on Interstate 10 in Chandler on Wednesday morning.
The Department of Public Safety said the gun was found around 3:00 a.m. on Westbound Interstate 10 and Chandler Boulevard.
According to DPS, an Arizona Department of Transportation sweeper truck crew found the gun in a box.
No other information is available.
