Police arrested a man who they believe shot and killed a known acquaintance onAugust 25.
According to the Chandler Police Department, 40-year-old Nick Sublasky was arrested that same evening in the nearby area.
Police first responded to the area on Thursday after reports of a shooting near Ray and McQueen roads.
Officials believe Sublasky killed 44-year-old Steve Hogarth that evening.
Sublasky was booked into jail on one count of 1st-degree murder.
