PD: Child injured during Chandler shooting, suspect sought

Police say a child was injured by debris during a shooting at a strip mall in Chandler on Monday morning. 

Officers responded to the scene near Chandler Boulevard and Alma School Road where at least one man fired shots during a dispute with employees at a tattoo shop.

Officials say a child under the age of 10 was hit by broken glass during the shooting, suffering minor injuries. 

No other injuries were reported. 

Monday evening police identified the suspect as 23-year-old Michael Hart. Authorities say he has a distinct tattoo on his neck and remained on the run. To help with identification, police provided a previous booking photo of Hart.
