The Chandler Police Department has identified a man whose body was discovered in a community lake Sunday morning.
Police arrived at the scene near Arizona Avenue and Lake Drive around 11:30 a.m. after calls of a man in the lake, and crews found him deceased upon arrival.
Police have identified the man as 20-year-old Jared Brandstatter.
Brandstatter had been missing since Nov. 20, last seen near Arizona and Ocotillo avenues around 10 p.m. that night.
Police are investigating the incident, and say detectives have not yet determined the cause of death.
