Donald Trump is bringing his presidential campaign to the Valley next week, according to his website.
Tickets are listed as available for an event at noon on Wednesday, Dec. 16 in Mesa.
Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport told ABC15 that Trump's campaign visited the airport with Secret Service to scout the area.
An airport spokesperson said the event will likely take place at the airport but not official.
Trump's last visit to the Valley was in July when he held a rally at the Phoenix Convention Center.
"I hope that Donald Trump does not bring his hateful message of division and intolerance back to Phoenix," said Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton. "He has a First Amendment right to spew vile rhetoric, but his brand of increasingly overt racism is in complete contrast to our values as a city."
