Mesa police have identified the victim in a homicide Thursday night.
Officials said they found 25-year-old Liliana Naranjo's body with signs of trauma inside an apartment near 8th Avenue and Stapley Drive on Wednesday.
Police said her death was domestic violence related, and that the incident is isolated. A person of interest, who has not been identified, is being sought by detectives.

Police said they were alerted to the home after receiving a call about suspicious activity around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday
