Missing 19-year-old Madeline Jones and her son, 1-year-old William, were reported missing in June in Mesa but have both been safely located in San Diego, according to the child's father.

Mesa Police said on Thursday that Jones was extradited from a San Diego jail and is now at Fourth Avenue Jail in downtown Phoenix. Jones is being charged with custodial interference.

The woman's parents are also in custody, according to Jacob Gouchenour, the baby's father. Their next court date is slated for Nov. 16.

Gouchenour is currently on his way to California to pick up his son who is currently with the child services officials; the man lives in Utah. Police have confirmed that the child was found, in good condition, with his mother.

The baby was found with Madeline in California.

Officials have been working on the case since June and during the investigation it was determined that Roland and Cassandra Jones, the woman's parents, participated in the disappearance of Madeline and baby William.

Police believe Roland and Cassandra were aware that Guchenour had been granted joint custody of William and helped Madeline deny access to his son.

On September 27th, Phoenix police arrested Cassie and Roland after they were detained at Phoenix Sky Harbor on behalf of Mesa police.
