MESA, AZ — Three people have been injured in a third-alarm apartment fire in Mesa.
The Mesa Fire Department says the incident began around 7 a.m. Thursday at a complex near Southern Avenue and Gilbert Road.
Two people were treated for smoke inhalation and are expected to be ok. A third person was taken to the hospital with burns in addition to smoke inhalation. Their condition is unknown.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
