TEMPE, AZ — Police are investigating after a woman's body was found in a lake in a residential area of Tempe Tuesday morning.
A spokesperson with Tempe's Fire Medical Rescue Department said crews were called to the neighborhood near McClintock and Southshore drives around noon after reports of a possible drowning.
Upon arrival, fire crews found a woman deceased in the water.
Police identified the woman Wednesday as 49-year-old Jing-Li Morley.
It is unclear at this time how the woman died, but police do not suspect foul play at this time.
