TEMPE, AZ — A fire at Tempe Diablo Stadium sent smoke billowing in the area of Priest and Alameda drives Tuesday afternoon.
The Tempe Fire Department says a three wheeler that is used to mat down dirt on the field caught fire around noon.
Fire extinguishers were used before firefighters got on scene, and the fire was quickly out, but not before producing heavy smoke.
