Firefighters had their hands full battling a first alarm fire at Big Surf Waterpark Tuesday night.

Crews were called to the scene near McClintock Drive and McKellips Road around 8 p.m.

Fire crews tell ABC15 the fire started in the men's locker room, a tiki-hut style building.

The park opened for the season last weekend.

None of the water slides or attractions were damaged in the blaze, a fire supervisor said.

A park worker said they plan to be open this weekend.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
