Police are investigating after a serious rollover in a Tempe neighborhood overnight that injured two people.
The crash took place on Mill Avenue early Thursday morning between Baseline and Guadalupe roads in an area surrounded by homes.
According to police, the single car involved in the crash was traveling at a very high rate of speed through the neighborhood ahead of the crash.
Two people were taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries they suffered. One person was thrown from the car and the other had to be extricated from the vehicle.
At this point, officers are still investigating what caused the crash. Impairment may have been a factor, according to police.
