A Valley man is trying to find the family captured in a series of photos saved to a mysterious SD card.

Christian Phelps found the memory device in a junk drawer in his home. He didn't think there was anything on it until he popped it in his computer.

On the card was more than 30 pictures of a newborn child, and what may be that child's father. Phelps has never seen the two before, and he has no idea who they are.

"If it were me I'd be devastated. I would really hope that my wife would have photos," said Phelps.

Making things even more mysterious, Phelps doesn’t remember how he got the card. He's unsure if he bought it or found it.

He did however discover that the pictures were taken back in 2014.

"The date made me feel extra sad because obviously this child isn't going to be a newborn anymore. But at the same time, it also intensifies the need to try and find the person because you know it's three years later do the parents have the newborn photos? Do they have photos at all?" said Phelps.
