Phoenix police said at least two people were shot. Their conditions are unknown at this time, both were taken to Valley hospital for treatment of their injuries.

According to police, one person is in custody.

Police said the shooting occurred inside the building and just outside of the store after multiple shots were fired.

Melinda Brasher, from Glendale, was inside the Best Buy shopping for computer parts when she heard the gunshots.

"People were running and shouting so I ran toward the back.  We tried the emergency door but couldn't get it open.  Me and another woman, we went and hid in the restroom.  I got up on the toilet seat so it looked like we weren't there, and hid for quite a while."

"We kept hearing shots of gunshots and shouting."

"Eventually we heard what sounded like police on the radios, they came in and said Police, is anyone in here, we said yes and went out with our hands up.  They patted us down and made sure we were okay."

"I thought it was one of these crazy people who's just going to come in and shoot everybody."

"I just wish people would find a safer outlet for their anger."

Air15 video over the scene showed a large police and fire presence outside of the Best Buy store.

No officers were involved in the shooting and none were injured.
