Police are searching for three suspects who stole a woman's car in a Glendale parking lot.
A woman called 911 around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday after a man threatened her with a gun and demanded her car keys, a Glendale police spokesperson said.
According to authorities, two teenage boys approached the woman outside of a Walmart Supercenter near Northern and 55th avenues.
The teens demanded the woman's car keys and at first, she thought they were joking, officials said. However, it wasn't until a third male suspect demanded her keys at gunpoint did she realize they were serious.
The woman handed over the keys to the group without incident.
The suspects are believed to be in the woman's orange Dodge Caliber. They were wearing dark-colored clothing and hooded jackets.
Anyone who has seen the woman's car is urged to call 911.
Last weekend, a similar incident happened to a woman in a Peoria Walmart parking lot. Her car has since been recovered, but the suspects remain at large.
