Officials are investigating after a truck went into a house in Glendale on Monday.
The driver told police that he looked down to find his phone and lost control of his truck before crashing into the home near 59th Avenue and Orangewood.
There was a small fire inside the home after the crash, but it was quickly put out.
The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital. The homeowner was not injured, but her home is considered to be unstable, according to Glendale police and fire.
The American Red Cross has responded to assist the family.
