Investigators are working to determine what caused an RV to catch fire in Glendale killing one woman and four dogs Monday afternoon.
Officials say the fire started in an RV and slightly extended into a home near 59th Avenue and Greenway Road.

53-year-old Lori Campbell was found in the RV and taken to the hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
The home that also caught fire was being remodeled at the time, officials said.
Firefighters say there's no indication the cause of the fire was suspicious, but it is still under investigation.
