A Bradley Creemos Academy van carrying school children inside was involved in a rollover crash in Goodyear, according to the Goodyear Fire Department.
The incident happened near 159th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Parkway before 9 a.m.
Fire officials say 11 total patients were involved in the crash.
The driver, a 67-year-old man, had to be extricated and was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Five kids were treated for minor injuries on scene. Four other children were brought to the hospital as delayed patients, according to fire officials.
According to information at the scene, all kids were wearing seatbelts which is believed to be the reason for minor injuries.
Lower Buckeye Parkway was shut down in both directions around the crash scene. Check for the latest on traffic in the area.
The cause of the crash has yet to be determined.
